How a local sale works

1. Get a price. Find your product on our price list and run its instant estimator, or text a photo of the box label to 214-898-3911. It helps to know the product code, the earliest expiration date across your boxes, and how many you have.
2. Choose pickup or a meetup. In the ten pickup cities we can come to your home. Everywhere else in the metroplex, we meet somewhere public and close to you.
3. Pick a time. Any day of the week, 9am to 9pm — usually the same day you accept.
4. Check the boxes together. We look at the seals, the dates and the count with you, before any money changes hands.
5. Get paid on the spot. Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App or PayPal — whichever you prefer.

Where we offer home pickup

We currently pick up from homes in Dallas, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Denton, Carrollton, Lewisville, Richardson, Allen and Flower Mound. Each city page lists the neighborhoods and nearby towns it covers.

If you would rather not have someone at your door, that is completely fine — every one of those cities also has public meeting spots we use, and you can choose either.

Everywhere else in DFW: same-day meetups

Outside those ten cities we still come to you — including Fort Worth, Arlington, Irving, Garland, Grand Prairie and Mesquite, and the towns around them. We pick a public place with easy parking close to you: a shopping center, a grocery store parking lot, or a police department's designated exchange area if that makes you more comfortable. Most meetups take about ten minutes.

What we check before paying

Three things decide what a box is worth, so those are what we look at with you:

• The seal. Factory seals must be intact. Opened boxes cannot be resold, so we cannot buy them.
• The dating. The price is set by the earliest expiration date in your lot, because that is the box that runs out first.
• The product code and count. The code on the label tells us exactly which version you have — a 10-day or 15-day Dexcom G7, for example — and that changes the price.

Because we check all of this together before paying, there is no “revised offer” days later. If something does not match what you described, you hear about it right there and decide on the spot. What we cannot buy

Opened or expired supplies, anything marked “not for resale,” supplies provided through Medicare, Medicaid or another government program, and Omnipod lots on an active recall notice. If you are not sure whether something qualifies, ask before we meet — it saves us both a trip.
