- Factory-sealed, unopened boxes. Seals intact, packaging in good shape.
- Unexpired supplies. 7+ months of dating gets our top price — less than 7 months still qualifies at a reduced offer.
- Supplies that are yours to sell. You own them and have the right to sell them.
What we can't buy
- Anything from a government program. Supplies obtained through Medicare, Medicaid, or any other government program.
- Opened or damaged boxes. Broken seals, crushed, torn, or water-damaged packaging.
- Expired supplies. Past the printed expiration date.
- Boxes marked "not for resale" or with removed or defaced labels.
- Recalled Omnipod lots. Some Omnipod lots have been recalled and we can’t buy affected units. Check your lot number at Omnipod’s lot checker before you sell.

Packing guide
How to Pack So Everything Arrives in One Piece
Your offer is based on sealed, undamaged boxes. A few minutes of packing protects the full amount — crushed corners and torn boxes are the most common reason an offer gets revised.
- Use a sturdy shipping box — not a padded envelope or poly mailer. Product boxes crush easily in transit. Any solid box works: an old Amazon box or a shoe box.
- Wrap each product box in bubble wrap or a few sheets of paper so nothing rubs or dents.
- Fill the empty space with paper or air pillows. No bubble wrap? Crumpled newspaper, grocery bags, or paper towels work fine. If it rattles when you shake it, add more.
- Drop it off inside at the carrier counter rather than leaving it in an outdoor mailbox.
Please avoid
- Taping directly onto the product boxes — it tears labels when removed
- Covering expiration dates or lot numbers with tape or stickers
- Peeling off pharmacy stickers — they need to be removed professionally or the box gets damaged
- Opening a sealed box “just to check” — a broken seal means we can’t buy it
- Shipping loose boxes with no padding around them
Hiding your personal information
Pharmacy labels often have your name on them. Please don’t peel them off — they have to be removed professionally, and pulling at them tears the box, which lowers what we can pay. If you’d like to cover your information, use a black marker (not a Sharpie or other permanent marker, which can bleed through) and gently cross it out. Leave the expiration date and lot number readable.
