We use what you submit to evaluate your supplies, respond to you, prepare and communicate an offer, arrange a local meetup or send you a prepaid shipping label, complete and document the purchase, and keep records of our transactions.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

A Note on Health Information

We are a supply buyer, not a healthcare provider, and we are not a HIPAA covered entity. Please do not send us medical records, prescriptions, insurance cards, or details about your medical care — we don’t need them and we don’t want them. If you send photos, please make sure no pharmacy labels, patient names, or other personal information are visible.

Sharing of Information

We may share information with service providers who help us operate — such as our website host, form processor, shipping carriers, and payment services — and where required by law or legal process. Shipping carriers receive the name and address needed to deliver your prepaid label and package.

Photos You Send Us

Photos you upload or text to us are used to evaluate your supplies and document the transaction. We keep them with the rest of the transaction record.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep inquiry and transaction records for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including recordkeeping that applies to purchases of goods.
